The Downs Stables Holiday Lets are two self catering holiday lets and two Glamping Pods situated in the heart of a historic National Hunt Racing Yard in Findon, West Sussex.  Each holiday let accommodates a maximum of two people.  The Downs Stables is a fully working National Hunt Racing Yard with approximately 30 horses in training, situated right on the South Downs National Park with direct access to miles and miles of Sussex Countryside.  We are 5 miles from the sea, 20 miles from Brighton and Goodwood and walking distance to four pubs, two restaurants , a cafe and post office/village shop.  If you like horses and the countryside you are sure to love it here.  The perfect spot for walkers, cyclists and those looking for a relaxing holiday.

Each holiday let has a separate bedroom, bathroom with a bath and shower and a separate fitted kitchen and living area.  A Smart TV and large patio area with outdoor seating.

Each Glamping Pod has a double bed and table and chairs as well as outdoor seating area and BBQ. Then access to a full sized kitchen , bathroom and toilet just across the pathway.

Holiday Lets

There is a minimum 3 night stay from April -October 

Charges as follows:

Autumn/Winter (1st October - 1st April)

£100-130 per night (Minimum 2 night stay )  

Spring /Summer (1st May - 30th September)

£100-130 per night ( Minimum 3 night stay ) 

50% of the total booking price is needed on confirmation of booking. The balance to be paid four weeks prior to your arrival. Payment must be made by BACS. Should a booking be made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment will be required • Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before your arrival date or payment is required in full ( A none refundable £100 deposit will be taken on any cancellation). 

There is an additional cleaning/change over fee of £20 added to the total fee.
