We are a family run business.  We have approximately 30 racehorses in training , the majority are National Hunt Racehorses and we have a handful of flat horse.  The Downs Holiday lets are situated in the heart of our historic National Hunt Racing Yard in Findon Village.  The building was formerly the stable lads canteen and now has been converted in to two beautiful self-catering holiday lets.  These holiday lets will suit people who love the countryside and animals.  The racing yard starts at 6.30am every morning so you will start to hear hoof steps around 7.30 throughout the season.  

We have 8 full time staff and 8 part time staff.  If you would like a tour of the yard and to see the horses on the gallops then that can be arranged depending on Nicks availability .

We are ideally situated and within a few meters you are walking straight on to The South Downs National Park or cycling.  If you walk to the bottom of the hill then you have access to four pubs, a fine dining restaurant , an Indian restaurant , a butchers, a post office/village shop and a cafe.  As well as a regular bus service to Worthing and surrounding villages.  Brighton is 12 miles away and Goodwood Racecourse is 15 miles away.  Fontwell Racecourse is 11 miles away.  

There is parking right outside and each holiday let and a private patio area and BBQ.

A well behaved SMALL dog may be allowed by prior arrangement and additional cost (£30) .•
